At Aerial, dining is more than just a meal... it’s an experience for the senses. A place where thoughtfully prepared food meets an atmosphere of calm, creativity, and connection.


Perched atop The Saint, Aerial offers sweeping ocean views and an open-air design that invites the breeze in and the stress out. The menu reflects our approach to wellness and balance with local fish, steak, fresh ingredients. It’s upscale without being uptight. Elevated, but approachable.


We’re open to the public (no daypass required) nightly for dinner from 5 to 9pm, and Sunday brunch from 10am to 3pm. Reservations for the dining room are required. If you're just stopping in for a drink or small plate, the upstairs bar welcomes walk-ins on a first-come basis.

Dayclub & Pool Bar

The Saint offers a variety of dining experiences, starting with our poolside bar and outdoor grill, now open daily from 11 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy refreshing cocktails, cold drinks, and a menu of fresh, flavorful bites in a relaxed, open-air setting. Check out the menu below!
