Poolside Celebrations
Bring your group together in our poolside oasis — a relaxed and social setting perfect for birthdays, receptions, and cocktail parties.
- Capacity: Up to 55 guests
- Pergola Experience – $700
Up to 12 guests. Includes both pergolas with sofa seating, pool day pass amenities, a bottle of champagne, and Saint souvenir cups. If you have a smaller group you can rent a pergola here. - Saint Pool Experience – $3,000
Up to 25 guests. Exclusive pool access, pergolas and loungers, a dedicated bartender, plus access to our lunch and happy hour menus. - Large Pool Experience – $3,000
25–55 guests. Full pool buyout with bartender service and a pre-arranged food menu.

Aerial: Private Dining
Our upstairs dining room, Aerial, offers an elegant, intimate setting with ocean views — perfect for formal dinners and milestone occasions.
- Capacity: Up to 40 guests
- Food & Beverage Minimum: $5,000
(No venue fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit applies toward the minimum; final balance charged at the time of the event.)
Menu Options
- Plated Dinners – $200–$300 per person
- Buffet Menus – $150–$175 per person
- Action Stations – $250 per person (40+ guests)
- Passed Canapés – from $130 per person (40+ guests)

Bar Packages
Pair your event with handcrafted cocktails, curated wines, or a fully stocked bar. Choose from:
- Beer & Wine Classic – $70 per person
- Full Bar – $120 per person
- Premium Full Bar – $150 per person
Enhancements: dedicated bartender, welcome cocktails, fresh-squeezed juice, custom cocktails.
